Not completely satisfied? No problem. You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it without giving any reason. This is free throughout Europe.
Would you like to make use of your right of withdrawal? Please let us know within 30 days. You can easily do this by sending an email to [email protected] or by using our contact form.
Always mention your order number or the product concerned in your message and, if applicable, whether the seal is still intact. This helps us process your return request faster and more efficiently.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, we ask you to take the following conditions into account:
For software, the official seal must still be intact
All included accessories and parts must be present
We can only accept the return if these conditions are met.
Refund
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase amount as quickly as possible. This will be done within 3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Refunds are always processed using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
Damaged or defective products
Did you receive a damaged or defective product? Of course, that is not the intention. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected] or through our contact form.
We will be happy to resolve this for you right away.
If possible and applicable, we kindly ask you to include clear photos. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and help you in the best way possible.
