Delivery Time
This is the delivery time from the moment your order is shipped. If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched the same day. Pre-orders are shipped at least one day before the release date.
All additional information about the shipment of a specific product can be found on the product page. The shipping and delivery times stated on the product page are always leading, and you will always receive a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment.
Letterbox Parcel
This is a shipment that fits through the letterbox. You don’t need to be at home, and you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your delivery.
For Dutch customers: if you prefer to have a letterbox product shipped as a parcel that is delivered to your door or a PostNL service point, this is possible for €2.99.
Parcel Costs
All products that do not fit through the letterbox are shipped free of charge throughout Europe!
This includes board games, Funko’s, merchandise, accessories, consoles, and some Special, Deluxe & Collector’s Editions.
A parcel shipment will be delivered to your door or to a service point. You will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment.
