Experience the excitement of Formula 1 with Monopoly - Formula 1! In this official F1 edition of the classic board game, you take control of a Formula 1 team and compete across 24 international circuits from the 2026 season. Instead of traditional streets, the gameplay focuses on racing circuits, upgrading your car and collecting points. Featuring 11 different F1 teams and a special Monopoly GRAND PRIX, this edition brings the competition of Formula 1 to the gameboard.
Monopoly - Formula 1 includes:
- 1 gameboard
- 11 zinc car tokens
- 11 plastic driver helmets
- 6 double-sided team mats
- 24 race cards
- 16 driver cards
- 16 car cards
- 6 pit stop cards
- 1 red die
- 1 white F1 die
- 97 cardboard point chips
- 1 game guide
Start the game by selecting one of the 11 Formula 1 teams. Each team has its own zinc racing car playing token, accompanied by a matching plastic driver helmet. Represent your favourite team as you move around the gameboard and try to stay ahead of the competition.
The gameboard features all 24 circuits from the 2026 Formula 1 season. These circuits replace the usual Monopoly properties. Try to take control of as many circuits as possible and compete against opponents who land on your circuits. Roll the dice to compete for valuable points and improve your position in the championship.
Monopoly Formula 1 features two different championships to compete for. During the special Monopoly GRAND PRIX on the dashboard, your goal is to finish in the lead and win the Drivers' Championship. Meanwhile, the Constructors' Championship is determined by the total number of points you collect throughout the game.
The player with the most points at the end of the game wins the Constructors' Championship. This means you need to perform well during the GRAND PRIX while also making strategic decisions around the gameboard to maximise your points.
Alongside taking control of circuits, you can also improve your racing car. Special Car cards allow you to collect components and upgrade your vehicle. These improvements help you become more competitive during the Monopoly GRAND PRIX and provide additional opportunities to gain an advantage over your opponents.
Monopoly Formula 1 is suitable for 2 to 6 players aged 8 and over. The game combines familiar Monopoly elements with racing competitions, team selection and strategic car upgrades. This makes it an entertaining choice for family game nights, gatherings with friends and Formula 1 enthusiasts.
