The world is ruled by the Shinra Electric Power Company, which drains the planet’s lifeforce for profit. The resistance group Avalanche stands against them and hires former SOLDIER Cloud Strife as a mercenary.
Unique to the Intergrade version is the additional episode where you play as Wutai ninja Yuffie Kisaragi. Infiltrate Midgar, team up with Avalanche HQ, and hunt for powerful Materia held by Shinra.
